About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Assistant to join our team at PRR Recruitment Services in Germiston. As a key member of our brand management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product ranges are presented effectively and efficiently. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager with day-to-day product management tasks
- Place and track product orders, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain product databases and catalogue products systematically
- Prepare product range samples
- Produce reports that will assist the Brand Manager in reviewing product performance, inventory levels, and sales insights
- Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Handle all documentation and administrative tasks to keep the brand team running efficiently
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a brand assistant, design assistant, junior buyer or buying assistant role
- Analytical skills and numbers orientation (must be able to work with data)
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Strong team spirit and work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Product Management, Brand Management, marketing or related field, completed or in progress
