Key Responsibilities
- Sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features confidently
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and ensure exceptional post-sale service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and pricing
- Ensure all finance and delivery paperwork is accurately completed
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals
