About the Role

Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting end-to-end supply chain solutions, managing project implementation, and commercializing proposed solutions. With a strong background in supply chain optimization and a keen eye for detail, you will be able to understand customer needs, analyze existing operations, and propose tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft end-to-end supply chain solutions by interpreting results
  • Present solutions to the customer and operations
  • Manage project implementation from conceptual design to handover to operations
  • Lead project team/s and ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Manage project costs in line with budget
  • Develop a project plan and report on project progress

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain optimization role
  • Understanding of sales and logistics industry
  • Operational experience would be an Advantage
  • Proficiency in solution crafting software, inventory optimization software, drafting software (AutoCAD), warehouse management software, fleet design and optimization including route scheduling software

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Engineering (Industrial or Process), Finance, Logistics
