Join our dynamic team at MH Solutions as a Junior Sales Representative in Johannesburg! Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fortnightly call schedules and client visits.
- Classify, segment, and prioritise clients to maximise growth opportunities
- Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
- Implement and support promotional activities as per company guidelines
- Build and grow market share across all product categories.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service effectiveness
- Compile and submit accurate weekly sales and ADAPT reports within set deadlines.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Manage sales administration and reporting processes to company standards.
- Ensure client deliveries and service execution meet company expectations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Recently qualified Marketing, Sales or Business graduates
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG (but not limited to this industry)
- Strong computer literacy with sound numeracy and technical aptitude
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle is compulsory
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
