About the Role
Goldman Tech Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, cosmetics, or foods production, with extensive payroll experience. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional HR support to our client company and contribute to the growth and development of their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Provide training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of experience in a manufacturing, cosmetics, or foods production environment
- Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Senior Certificate (Matric) and a Bachelor’s degree/BTECH/BCom in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
Qualifications
