About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Adviser at Liberty Standard Bank Group to join our team and provide exceptional financial guidance to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, advising, and servicing clients on their Risk, Retirement Annuities, Investments, and Estates planning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual to establish and build a practice under the Liberty banner while growing their own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide financial guidance
- Conduct needs assessments and create personalized financial plans
- Source new business opportunities and grow the book
- Develop and maintain existing client portfolios
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in high-performance sales environments
- Strong network for attracting and sourcing individual and corporate clients
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, and business development skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (compulsory)
- PGDip Financial Planning/CFP will be considered advantageous, but not a requirement
