About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Hoedspruit. With 35 years of experience in F&B supervisory or managerial roles, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, managing multiple outlets, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage service
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement menu offerings, specials, and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of wine service, wine inventory, and supplier relations
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize F&B performance
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) required
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management advantageous
- Wine/Barista/Bartending certifications beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, stock management
