About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and manage high-volume recruitment projects for large-scale, bulk, and shift-work recruitment in an Industrial/Distribution centre environment. With a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, this role will involve coordinating interviews and assessments while building and maintaining candidate databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist large volumes of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Build and maintain candidate databases
- Meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines
Requirements
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification essential
- Certificate in human resources/business administration/Labour Relations from a reputable training provider will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, particularly in Industrial or distribution centre environments
- Proven experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Completed relevant tertiary qualification (Matric)
