About the Role
Haosail Machinery Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As the daily operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including personnel management, stock management, financial management, service management, external affairs management, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all staff in shop, monitoring their performance to achieve targets
- Monitor and manage inventory quantities in warehouse and showroom, ensuring accurate stock levels and condition
- Review receipt and payment documents according to Chinese financial manager’s requirements, and monitor daily financial work
- Coordinate and manage pre-sales and after-sales activities, including installation, debugging, maintenance, etc.
- Manage government relations with departments such as labor, tax, immigration, etc.
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of training programs
Requirements
- Experience in administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese manager and staff
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field
