Job Description

Hospitality Group that operates multiple hospitality destinations offering accommodation; conferencing, events, venues and activities is looking for a Sales Consultant. We are looking for a high-performance Sales Consultant, someone who truly breathes and lives hospitality sales. This role is focused on driving revenue across multiple properties; aggressively upselling rooms; venues, functions and experiences. Willingness to travel between Pretoria; Rustenburg and Hartbeespoort as required. Duties: Actively sell and upsell accommodation, venues, conferencing, functions, and activities across all properties. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong sales conversations and follow-ups. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell add-ons such as catering, activities, dcor, upgrades, and packages. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to close. Conduct site inspections and client meetings when required. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue generated. Work closely with operations and reservations to ensure seamless delivery of sold services. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Represent the brand professionally at all times. Requirements: Minimum 35 years experience in hospitality sales (hotels, lodges, venues, events, conferencing). Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Strong upselling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and confident. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. Own laptop and reliable vehicle are preferred.
