About the Role
Hire Resolves client in the clothing retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and develop visual merchandise strategies across multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s objectives
- Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
- Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards
- Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
- Analyze sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- Stay aware of fashion trends and competitors’ visual merchandising strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising
- At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandise, preferably in a retail setting
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, trends, and standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop effective visual merchandise strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective visual merchandise changes
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
