About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at a busy conference 4* hotel in Stellenbosch, specializing in corporate meetings, seminars, launches, and conventions for up to 500 guests. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenues through effective prospecting, securing and managing Corporate Group Business, negotiating contracts, and building valuable client relationships with all hotel departments & operations who execute events.

Requirements
- At least 5 – 8 years experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales or Hospitality Management
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Hospitality Reservations & Booking Systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, hospitality or related field
