What youll be trusted with
Winning in the Market
Own and activate your territory with purpose. Drive volume, distribution, and availability across on-premise and off-premise outlets. You dont wait for opportunities you create them.
Perfect Store Execution
Ensure the brand shows up strong, bold, and unmistakable. Execute promotional plans, secure premium placements, implement POS, and make sure every outlet looks the way it should every time.
Building Real Relationships
Youll be the face of the brand in your area. Build long-term partnerships with outlet owners, managers, and staff through regular visits, strong communication, and commercial credibility.
Sales & Performance Delivery
Achieve (and stretch beyond) volume targets, distribution goals, and KPIs. Track performance, analyse results, and course-correct quickly. No excuses just execution.
Insight & Reporting
Provide accurate, timely market feedback. Capture data, report on trends, identify opportunities, and flag risks. What you see in the trade matters and youll be heard.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless activation. From promotions to campaigns, youll help turn strategy into reality at outlet level.
What youll bring

Proven experience in sales, field sales, or trade activation (FMCG exposure is a strong advantage)
