Westville: Operations Security Manager

Manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites Supervise, deploy, and discipline security personnel Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies Conduct site inspections and risk assessments Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Compile operational reports for management Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management Oversee uniforms, equipment, and operational readiness Minimum Requirements Proven experience as an operations Manager within the security industry Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable) Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong knowledge of security operations and legislation Computer literacy (reports, emails, rostering, etc.) Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required Advantageous Relevant security or management qualification Experience managing multiple sites Experience in logistics, events, or hospitality-related security How to apply:
