Executive & Administrative Support Manage the executives diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and board or management packs Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups Serve as a point of contact between the executive, staff, clients, suppliers, and partners Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Support operational tasks and ensure deadlines and priorities are met Marketing & Communications Support Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives Support social media management, content scheduling, and basic copywriting Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and digital service providers Assist with event coordination, activations, and promotional initiatives Track marketing activity and compile performance reports Marketing experience or a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Media Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional South African languages advantageous) Excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Valid drivers licence & own reliable vehicle required
