Contours Landscapes (PTY) Ltd is an established and accomplished landscape construction firm with its head office located in Muizenberg, Cape Town. We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Project Manager to oversee landscaping and earthworks projects. Visit www.capecontours.co.za for more information DATE OF COMMENCEMENT This vacancy is available immediately ROLE OVERVIEW The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing project execution while ensuring budgets, deadlines, and quality standards are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and manage landscape installation projects, meeting deadlines and budgets Negotiate and administer contracts (JBCC, GCC, NEC) Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor quality and ensure customer satisfaction Identify upselling opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets Coordinate site supervisors, labour, suppliers, and service providers efficiently Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly Support recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of staff Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures Participate in industrial relations processes as required REMUNERATION Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
