About the Role

Helderberg Personnel CC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at our Somerset West winery. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our winery. You will have extensive knowledge of the wine industry and be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture tax invoices
  • Keep track of expenses
  • Answer phone calls
  • Communicate with contractors
  • Update wine stock
  • Compile reports
  • Assist Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Own reliable transport
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Word
