Job Description

What you will be doing: Design, develop, and deliver innovative, reusable Business Intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making Build and maintain robust BI data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Delivery Heads to recommend the use of new and emerging technologies Contribute to defining a clear technical roadmap that delivers competitive advantage for clients Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of all BI and data platforms Develop scalable and reusable BI components to support multiple business use cases Translate business requirements into effective technical BI solutions Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve BI platform and data-related issues Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, data governance standards, and best practices Actively contribute to a collaborative developer and BI community through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modelling Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Experience recommending and implementing new or emerging BI and analytics technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in maintaining and supporting production BI platforms A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Please note that if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
