Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a strong referral network
  • Guide clients through the home loan application process
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
  • Own a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
  • Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

Package Details:

  • Basic Salary: R15,000
  • Settling-In Allowance: R10,000 (Months 1–3), R6,000 (Month 4), R4,000 (Month 5), R3,000 (Month 6)
  • Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
  • Opportunity to grow into Senior and Executive Consultant roles with higher base and commission
