About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in East London, South Africa. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing relationships, and promoting products to targeted markets. You will also identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and deliver product training and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing clients
- Promote products to targeted markets and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to clients
- Ensure excellent customer service and track sales metrics
- Manage accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with technology solutions, particularly in customer experience or accommodation industries
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
- Sales and sales management experience for creating strategies, closing deals, and achieving business goals
- Proven digital marketing expertise, including hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

Salary & Benefits
- R10 000 – R15 000 per month CTC – negotiable dependant on experience
