About the Role
This is a newly created role in a growing, high-performance environment where finance plays a strategic role in the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, investors and external stakeholders, taking ownership of the finance function across a property-focused portfolio. This is a hands-on role with real exposure, not a back-office accounting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial statements and IFRS reporting
- Cash flow forecasting, treasury and funding support
- Management, investor and executive reporting
- Budgets, audits, tax and compliance
- Property analysis, valuations and acquisitions
- Continuous improvement of controls, systems and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant university degree (not BTech / Diploma)
- SAICA / SAIPA articles preferred, plus corporate experience
- Strong experience in financial statements, tax and reporting
- Property sector exposure advantageous
- Professional affiliation beneficial (SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA / SAIBA / SAIT)
- Strong Excel skills; financial modelling a plus
- Clear ITC and verified qualifications
