Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Management Couple Luxury Lodge- Dinokeng Game Reserve Requirements A minimum of 3 years Senior Management experience or 5 years Lodge Management Experience (Luxury Lodges-Essential) · Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) · Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc) · Strong Food and Beverage background · Pure passion for the guest experience · Strong financial acumen · Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel · Professional and well groomed · Driver’s license essential Description A couple/candidate that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.) Guest focused philosophy Hosting responsibilities Must work accurately under pressure People skills – tolerance, patience, and care To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates Package on offer R 50-60 000 pm (Depending on Experience) Onsite Accommodation (Family friendly) Regrettably not pet friendly Starting Date: February/March 2026
