Johannesburg: Project Manager & Sales Engineer

Quoting of HVAC solutions to new and existing customers within commercial, industrial and residential sectors Manage and complete tenders for submission for HVAC solutions Complete HVAC designs as per the accepted industry standards Manage and control materials, sub-contractors, health and safety, system commissioning and handover while ensuring costs are reduced and high quality of installation is maintained Maintain effective communication with Procurement and Stores departments to ensure no supply delays, while verifying existing stock Ensure all equipment is maintained to the appropriate standards Manage sites from single unit installations to multimillion rand installations Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC industry Able to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlay Proven track record of project management Strong sales acumen Intermediate Microsoft office skills, especially Excel Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills Must have own transport and valid drivers license Qualification: Matric N5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
