A well established hospitality group with properties across South Africa seeks the expertise of a Group Marketing Manager to be based in Cape Town. REQUIREMENTS SA Citizen Marketing Degree or Diploma Min 4-5 years experience in a similar position within a hospitality / tourism or travel industry Experience working with multi-properties Self-motivated and deadline-driven Proficient in MS Office Proven track record Very well-groomed with good communication skills Valid drivers’ license with own transport DUTIES: – Develop & execute marketing strategies in line with business strategic objectives, incorporating: SEO SEM Content Marketing – Build & maintain the corporate & brand image and reputation – Branding: ensuring cohesion and continuity across all collateral and sourcing and management of: Marketing material Website – Events – Management of PR campaigns, sponsorships, launches – Internal and External Communications – Development and management of internal communications plan – Development and management of external communications plan to incorporate: Marketing Automation Social Media Marketing and Community Management – Stakeholder Relations – Strategic Planning – Budget Planning – PR and media relations – Ensure positive media coverage – Media releases, measurement and reporting thereof – Must have the ability to multitask and work across divisions and portfolios.
