Job Description
To support the rental department with administrative and coordination tasks related to rental equipment, contracts, and customer documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and filing rental agreements.
- Capture rental information on internal systems.
- Track equipment movement and availability (admin support only).
- Assist with invoicing documentation and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams regarding rental documentation.
- General office and administrative support.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication skills.
Advantageous
- Exposure to rental, logistics, or customer service environments.
- Administrative qualification or experience.
Key Competencies
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Organised and reliable.
- Ability to work under supervision.
- Willingness to learn about rental operations.
