• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls
• Manage and improve financial processes and SOPs
• Oversee financial systems (SAGE/Xero & CreditEase advantageous)
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Liaise with auditors, lenders, and key stakeholders
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 2–3 years post-articles experience
• Previous finance management or team leadership experience
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Experience with SAGE/Xero (CreditEase highly advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail with a strategic, business-focused mindset
