About the Role
The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to investigate incidents, analyse data and processes, support change initiatives, and improve SDLC and Agile practices. Key systems include Basel-related platforms and associated front-end applications across both RTB and Change the Bank (CTB) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day RTB operations across regulatory risk-reporting applications
- Investigate incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis and resolution
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and system functionality to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements
- Assist with testing plans, validation steps, and formal sign-off processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, controls, and workarounds
- Support regulatory change initiatives and new product implementations
- Contribute to data analysis by identifying trends, patterns, and reporting issues
- Support audit findings, regulatory issues, and SLA monitoring
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery practices
Requirements
- Experience in financial services or banking environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Understanding of regulatory risk reporting and RTB operations
- Ability to work with data, systems, and processes to draw evidence-based conclusions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Excel and SQL; exposure to risk, derivatives, or pricing is advantageous
