About the Role
The QA/Test Specialist plays a critical part in validating system functionality, identifying defects, and supporting successful releases through structured testing processes within a professional, delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct system, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, track, and report defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams to resolve issues
- Validate system performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 47 years of software testing experience in structured development environments
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
- Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) advantageous
