About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an Associate Analyst Consultant to join their Centre of Excellence Team in Sandton, supporting a luxury property group. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, analytical professional passionate about business processes and delivering practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business processes
- Test and perform quality assurance of business processes and productivity
- Assist in defining business process and activity SLAs
- Liaise with business analysts and contribute to process design and modelling
- Administer team and support systems
- Champion processes, solutions, and customer-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Zoho experience is advantageous
- Experience in data analysis, manipulation, and insight generation
- Exposure to the travel sector, especially tour operations, is preferable
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodology is advantageous
- Analytical with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s degree is beneficial
