About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Civil Engineer | Technologist to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bulk Water Infrastructure, excellent technical skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of bulk water infrastructure projects
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets requirements
- Implementation of hydraulic modeling software for optimal system performance
- Maintenance of SANS standards, DWS frameworks, and municipal infrastructure funding mechanisms
- Transportation of personnel and equipment as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Civil Engineer in the Bulk Water Infrastructure Industry
- BEng / BTech Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Hydraulic Modelling software
- Strong knowledge of SANS standards, DWS frameworks, and municipal infrastructure funding mechanisms
