About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property and Recruitment Admin Assistant to join our team at AtripleA recruitment & temps. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to property management and recruiting consultants, while also assisting with recruitment processes and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to property management and recruiting consultants
- Post and update property Ads on property websites
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, tenant details, and rental agreements
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Assist with cv’s typing according to companies’ standards
- Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases
- Prepare and update work in progress reports
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and stock taking on kitchen tea supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in property admin or recruitment is a plus
- Matric certificate
