About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Back Office Support professional to join our team at ATM.SA in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our back office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer engagement, administrative support, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve set targets as contracted
  • Provides high-quality, professional customer engagement to customers and intermediaries
