About the Role
As a Human Capital Business Partner at Juru Holdings, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with management and employees across designated business units. This position requires a strategic thinker who can proactively identify and address the people implications of the current and future needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing the Human Capital strategy within different business units, focusing on Leadership Development
- Drive culture within the business through the implementation of culture and transformation initiatives
- Managing business-related Human Capital projects
- Providing business with Human Capital analytics and determining trends
- Advising and supporting the business with Labour Relations cases
- Partnering with the business to implement the Talent Management process, including identifying and developing potential successors
- Contributing to building and vesting a culture of learning
- Partnering with line managers to identify needs and opportunities to support the achievement of business objectives throughout the employee life-cycle
- Providing guidance to line management on Human Capital-related issues
- Understanding talent needs and proactively working to address them, in line with the transformation objectives of the business
- Managing the full recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of successful candidates)
- Providing proactive performance management guidance to line managers (including coaching, career development)
Requirements
- A relevant Human Capital degree/diploma
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a HRBP
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Willingness to travel
