About the Role
The Collections Administrator role is a critical component of our operations, responsible for ensuring timely payment from clients and maintaining accurate records. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments
- Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Handle queries professionally and provide feedback timeously
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on collections progress
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
- Ensure all documentation is organised and filed correctly
