About the Role
The Administrative Assistant role is a vital part of our finance-focused office in Nelspruit. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, scanning, printing, and document control
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems aligned with financial compliance requirements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for management
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and minutes
- Assist with data capturing, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Support the finance team with documentation for audits, compliance checks, and reporting
- Process supplier and client documentation accurately
- Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure all supporting documents are complete
