About the Role
Sakeena Jacobs Recruitment is seeking a reliable and English-fluent Virtual Assistant to support US-based digital marketing agencies with their operations. As a pre-vetted Virtual Assistant in our pool, you will be working with growing agencies that require efficient support staff who can work in US hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media scheduling & content uploads
- CRM management (HubSpot, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Email management & client communication
- Lead tracking & reporting
- Data entry & spreadsheet management
- Basic Canva design tasks
- Admin support for agency owners
Requirements
- Previous VA, admin, or agency support experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Reliable laptop (minimum 8GB RAM)
- Stable fibre internet connection
- Backup power solution (inverter/generator)
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Available to work US hours
