About the Role

Sakeena Jacobs Recruitment is seeking a reliable and English-fluent Virtual Assistant to support US-based digital marketing agencies with their operations. As a pre-vetted Virtual Assistant in our pool, you will be working with growing agencies that require efficient support staff who can work in US hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media scheduling & content uploads
  • CRM management (HubSpot, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Email management & client communication
  • Lead tracking & reporting
  • Data entry & spreadsheet management
  • Basic Canva design tasks
  • Admin support for agency owners

Requirements

  • Previous VA, admin, or agency support experience
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Reliable laptop (minimum 8GB RAM)
  • Stable fibre internet connection
  • Backup power solution (inverter/generator)
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • Available to work US hours
