About the Role

Join our client’s well-established company as a Mechanical Fitter (Semi-Skilled) , where you’ll assist with maintenance, repairs, and mechanical installations within a fast-paced operational environment. We’re looking for a hands-on individual with mechanical experience and a strong work ethic to help drive our team forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Support installation and assembly of mechanical components
• Perform routine inspections and identify faults
• Assist with breakdowns and emergency repairs
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Matric or relevant technical qualification

• Semi-skilled mechanical fitting experience

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools

• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings (ADVANTAGEOUS)

• Experience working in a workshop or industrial environment

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Valid driver’s license
