About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our luxury Big 5 safari lodge team in Hluhluwe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision and guidance of kitchen staff, while delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality dining.
