About the Role
We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our clients Pretoria-based team, providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.
Requirements
Language: Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
Education: Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric; tertiary qualification advantageous.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, call centre, or client-facing role. Experience in international or multilingual environments preferred.
Skills:
