About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our well-established café and restaurant in Bedfordview. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff effectively to achieve high standards of service
- Oversee stock levels and ordering procedures
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations
- Ensure seamless communication with back-of-house staff to maintain efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a high-paced restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of floor management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations
- Articulate and demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities
