About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager: Engineering to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within our Hard Rock Mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement project management plans and strategies
- Monitor and control project budgets and resources
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4) or Engineering Degree (NQF Level 7 equivalent)
- Government Certificate of Competency in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- Management/Leadership Development Programme (MMDP/SMDP) certification
- Project Management Qualification
Qualifications
- Formal education in Engineering (Bachelor’s degree)
