About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our client’s team in the Free State. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient distribution of final product, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of final product
- Ensure inventory management and control
- Maintain health and safety compliance in the warehouse
- Manage team performance and provide training and development opportunities
- Utilize WMS to optimize warehouse operations
- Manage warehouse operations budgets
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Logistics/Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management (manufacturing environments preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations
