About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy Sales Consultant to join our team at iStore The Glen in Johannesburg. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a passion for Apple products and excellent communication skills, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and present complete solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs
- Present complete solutions and create memorable experiences for customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate (Minimum Requirement)
- Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or product knowledge would be an advantage
- Passion and knowledge of Apple Products
