About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Manager / Office Lead to join our small growing team in the Promotional Products Industry. This is a hybrid position designed for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and wants to be the “engine” that keeps our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from first contact to project completion.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with a “sales-minded” approach, identifying opportunities to help our clients.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and existing clients to push projects through the finish line.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks including submitting Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendors.
  • Maintain and update our internal systems (CRM) to ensure a “single source of truth” for all client data.
  • Perform a minimal amount of artwork and design tweaks (no prior experience required; we will train you!).
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest technical “fixes” to improve our internal efficiency.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think creatively to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
