About the Role
As a Store Administrator at Top Vitae, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory and service items on both farms, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective control of all inventory and service items on both farms
- Goods Receipt / Issuing in SAP of inventory items and services daily
- Following up on outstanding orders and providing feedback to Buyer
- Handling of all inventory queries and communicating with production if problems arise
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly stock take and reporting on variances
- Maintaining and controlling storeroom (clean, organized, and properly marked items)
- Collaborating with production to maintain min-max levels on indirect items
- Monitoring slow running stock and expiry dates
- Issuing, ordering, and reporting on diesel
- Adhering to Health and Safety practices and audit compliance
- Participating in ad hoc activities as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Matric
- Valid driver’s license with own transport
- Previous stock controlling experience (advantageous)
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data in Excel
