About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing staff and handling various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff performance and conduct disciplinary actions as necessary
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer payroll and handle benefits administration
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate is essential
- Tertiary qualifications are highly advantageous
- At least 6 years’ experience in a human resource role is required
- Experience in managing staff is highly advantageous
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, induction, training and development, compliance, performance management, and payroll is highly advantageous
