About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager role at our company is a critical position that requires exceptional sales and management skills to drive growth and profitability within the assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive new business development through prospecting, in-person visits, and solution-based selling
- Ensure all projects and tasks assigned by management are completed on time and in full
- Strengthen customer loyalty through regular contact with existing customers
- Conduct site demonstrations and activations to showcase LPG appliances and applications
- Plan and forecast effectively to estimate annual activity levels and build a realistic sales pipeline
- Manage territory expenses effectively to maintain healthy returns on investment
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues, accelerate sales, and maintain strong account health
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) required
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a Technical field preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in LPG, industrial products, or technical sales
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential for field-based work
