About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our client’s team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near misses

Requirements

  • SACPCMP Registered CHSO qualification
  • Own transport required for travel to sites
  • At least 4 – 6 years’ experience in a construction environment (Industrial)
  • Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
