About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Intern to join our team in Uitenhage for a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers with design, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality products

Requirements

  • National Diploma/ BTech/ BEng: Mechanical Engineering
  • Matric
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent telephonic skills
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Mechanical Engineering (if applicable)
