About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hospitality Exchange’s luxury lodges in KwaZulu-Natal and Zimbabwe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven track record in trade and direct sales within the hospitality and tourism industry
- Minimum 6 years experience in hospitality sales within the 5* luxury hotel or lodge industries
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Stable track record within 5* brands
